Welcome to my blog, where I would like to share my most recent experiences and discoveries. But I'll start from the past, sharing my CV and some photos from the time I was dancing!
I was born in Sao Paulo - Brazil and started dancing when I was four years old. I graduated as a classical ballet dancer at the Sao Paulo Theatre Dance School with the highest honor in classical and modern dance techniques. Later I joined one of the best dance companies in Brazil “Compania de Danza da Ciudad de Sao Paulo”. I had the opportunity to work with many important international choreographers and traveled to different countries such as: Brazil, Portugal, France, Austria, Israel, Germany, Switzerland...
In 2002 I moved to Europe and was employed by major theatres in Germany and Austria. From the beginning of my career I developed a desire to further deepen my understanding of the physiology and anatomy of the body.
The daily routine of 6 to 8 hours of training and performances make us athletes but emotional care is also very important as we challenge ourselves every day to be better and achieve perfection in our technical skills! That is why in parallel to my dance career I achieved my studies in physiotherapy at the Bandeirantes University of Sao Paulo.
In 2010, after having enjoyed an artistic career of over 20 years as a professional classical and contemporary dancer in Brazil and Europe, I traveled between Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and India. For two years I had the opportunity to develop my massage therapist skills.
In 2022 I began my studies in Acupuncture at Estena Salus - Escuela Superior de Salud Integrativa and since 2024 I have been working as an acupuncturist and masseuse in Palma, to better help each client in a personalized way against pain and illnesses in general.
As a dancer I learned very early on that dreaming, dedicating yourself with discipline and love to what you do is the best path to happiness!
Below is my CV, I hope you enjoy it!
