Reservation Policies
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
For group bookings and special events, the outstanding balance is payable 72 hours prior to the scheduled service via Bizum or PayPal*.
For private appointments, the remaining balance can be settled upon completion of the treatment by cash, Bizum, or PayPal*.
*Please note that payments made through PayPal incur an additional 21% processing fee.



Cancellation Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please understand that when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice, we are often unable to fill that time slot.
You may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of booking. However, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any rescheduling request.
For changes requested between 72 and 24 hours before the appointment, rescheduling is subject to availability. A maximum of one date changes is permitted per reservation.
