Reservation Policies
You will be charged 15€ regarding to reservation fee. Not refund.
For offers, will be charged the full amount of the service fee.
For event or groups, you will be charged 50% by reservation and the remaining payment will be required 72 hours prior your appointment via Bizum or Paypal*.
For private custumers, the remaining payment can be paid in cash, Bizum or Paypal* at the end of the service.
* In case of payment through Paypal, you will be charged 21% service tax.
Cancellation Policies
Please understand that when you cancel or change your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, we are often unable to fill that appointment time.
You can cancel the purchase within 24 hours. The reservation fee is not refund.
We respectfully ask that you provide us with maximum 72 hours notice of any cancellation or schedule changes. For a cancellation or changes requests, until 24 hours prior the appointment, changes are under availability. Two changes are allowed per reservation.
For cancellation less than 24 hours, will be request a new reservation.
